PLYMOUTH’S Lord Mayor Councillor Dr John Mahony opened Clever Student Let’s new offices in the historic building of the Sherwell Centre on North Hill, and on the campus of the University of Plymouth.

Dr Mahony cut a ribbon to officially dedicate CSL’s new offices that was also attended by landlords, key partner organisations, and local businesses from across the city to celebrate CSL’s new larger offices.

Henry Hutchins, chief executive of Clever Student Lets, said: “Our news offices on the campus of the University of Plymouth takes our student letting services direct to our customers.”

“Our company is continually growing, creating new job opportunities, and especially delivering innovative services and high quality student lettings that is second to none.”

The Lord Mayor was also interested in CSL’s new designated Chinese website – promoting our student lettings services in the Orient – for customers coming to study and learn English in Plymouth, said Mr Hutchins.

“The new ‘China specific’ website is aimed at Chinese students and parents to tap into the fast-growing Far East market”

Mr Hutchins, added: “China is very important market for us and we wanted to show the Lord Mayor our new website that is also promoting Plymouth in China.”

Clever Student Lets was set up in 2010 and has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s most innovative letting agents.
