GOING BONKERS OVER SHOES – Tellus Student Profiles

18-year-old Polish student Norbert Knopik

POLISH student Norbert Knopik spends all his ready cash on collecting training shoes, and its driving his parents bonkers he says.

The shoe-obsessed 18-year-old is in the UK to improve his English language skills at Tellus, and lives in South Poland near the Czech border.

I have collected over 40 pairs of trainers – with more stashed under my bed he said.

Mr Knopik, added: “I’ve been very happy learning English in Plymouth for the last three weeks, and for the moment put a temporary stop on buying any more new trainers

“While learning at Tellus, it made me think about another past-time I enjoy which is photography, and I’m seriously thinking about setting up my own photographic business in the future.”
