DEVON BUSINESS SHOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS

THE countdown to one of Devon’s biggest one-day business shows takes place at the Plymouth Pavilions on the 13 June, from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

Devon Chamber of Commerce are organising the event with main sponsor the Martinluck Group, and media partner Radio Plymouth.

The showcase is celebrating its sixth year of success where hundreds of businesses of all sizes and sectors are taking part, and over a thousand visitors are expected, said Richard Stevens, chairman of the Devon Chamber of Commerce.

Mr Stevens, said: “Our flagship business show will see a programme of presenters giving talks, and bringing together some of the South West’s finest companies under one roof, and offering superb networking opportunities and informative events.”

“Alison Hernandez, Devon & Cornwall Police, Chris Garcia, HotSW LEP, Rhys Roberts, Visit Devon, Jane Murphy, National Blood Transfusion Service, Heather Ancient, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Phil Norrey, Devon County Council, Jane Murphy, Livewell, and Tim Jones of the South West Business Council will be giving talks, and chaired by the deputy chief executive of the Devon Chamber, Lesley Shorrocks.

Mr Stevens, added: “The event is free for visitors to attend and a fantastic showcase highlighting the county, and is very much open for business on the regional, national, and global stages.”

The Devon Chamber of Commerce is an accredited member for the British Chambers of Commerce network, representing over 40,000 employees in the region.
