CLEVER VISIT BY GERMAN DELEGATION

A German business delegation from Leipzig visited Clever Student Lets new multi-million development at Tamar House, at St Andrew’s Cross, and its main HQ offices in North Hill.

The German business leaders where interested in seeing the new high-spec student accommodation blocks the company is delivering in over £5 million of new developments in the town centre, and catering for UK and international students.

Henry Hutchins, chief executive of CSL, said: “We are looking at opportunities in Leipzig and keen our German guests see some of the innovative services we are providing in Plymouth.”

Clever Student Lets recently won two trophies at the Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in London. The company picked up a bronze award for its innovation and a silver award in the best student letting category at the Lancaster Hotel.

The event attracted letting agents across the UK to a prestigious showcase presided over by TV broadcaster Penny Smith. Special guest Paula Radcliffe, women’s world record holder for the marathon, presented Clever Student Lets its two national awards.

The Leipzig delegation visited its North Hill offices and met its award winning team for a group photograph and cup of tea, and presented the company with some local gifts. Clever Student Lets lay on a people carrier to drive the delegation during their visit.
