CLEVER SHORTLISTED FOR THREE TOP AWARDS

Clever Student Lets is shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Negotiator Awards in central London.

CSL is nominated in the Regional-South West Agency of the Year, Lettings Agency of the Year, and Marketing Campaign of the Year Awards.

The Negotiator Awards are the UK’s premier showcase for estate agents, lettings agents, property managers, auctioneers and industry suppliers, said Henry Hutchins, chief executive of Clever Student Lets.

Mr Hutchins, said: “To be shortlisted in three categories is an honour and tribute to our teams at CSL. But also to our city partners, media company Dorcas Media, but most importantly of all to our student customers whom we serve,” he said.

A Grand Gala Dinner will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on the 30th of November.
