CLEVER LAUNCHING STAND ALONE CHINESE WEBSITE

CLEVER STUDENT LETS has created a China specific website aimed at students and parents to tap into the fast-growing Chinese market – with the launch of a dedicated website going live in the Chinese New Year.

Henry Hutchins, chief executive of Clever Student Lets, said: “China is a very important market for us, and continues to impress with its steady growth, and learners wanting to study and needing student accommodation in the UK.”

“Our new website will help parents and students navigate the best of what Plymouth and our company can offer to potential Chinese customers looking to study in the South West region.”

Clever Student Lets have invested a great deal of time and resources over the last year in creating the new Chinese website says sales advisor Anita Sze-Ming Lee.

Miss Sze-Ming Lee, said: “I’m originally from Hong Kong and came to the University of Plymouth to study hospitality and tourism, and fell in love with the waterfront city.”

“I’ve spent hundreds of hours copy writing, translating and helping to design our new website that is unique, and a first for a student letting provider in the city.”

“The new website is aimed at students and parents, and will feature articles, images, and talk about our accommodation services, but also support other education providers in the city and wider region.”

The North Hill-based Clever Student Lets won two national trophies at the Sunday Times Lettings Agency Awards in London earlier this year for innovation and best student letting accommodation and looking to grow in 2016.

CSL was set up in 2010 and has grown rapidly, and one of the UK’s most innovative and customer focused letting agents, and Plymouth’s leading provider of student accommodation services.
