CITY CELEBRATION FOR DRAKE'S RESERVOIR OPENING

OVER a decade ago I led the PR campaign to save Drake’s Reservoir in Plymouth, and submitted a conservation listing to the Government – to save the iconic site for the nation. City campaigners celebrated when it received Grade 2 status. The historic gardens and reservoir will be opening soon, and a proud moment, said Kevin Kelway.
