APRIL MESSAGE FOR PLYMOUTH’S TALLEST BUILDING

PLYMOUTH’S tallest building received an April Fool’s makeover today. The 22-storey student flats at Beckley Court on the corner of Cobourg Street, dwarfs the derelict Civic Centre building that was the highest building in the city for many decades.
